Pass text says you can buy two tunnelers on the skill tree, and +1 TUNNELER adds a third. That pass tunneler bores while you are in the haystack, runs at the squad's Drive, Pick, Grab, and Carry ranks, pays everyone, and never needs charging.

Two from the in-game skill tree. Cash prices for those two are not in the pass catalogue. The third is the +1 TUNNELER pass for 149 Robux. EVERYTHING does not include that pass.

Raise the named ranks if you want the pass tunneler to follow a stronger squad setup. The pass does not list a charge step for that tunneler.
