How do you get Drones?

The two extra drones come from the +2 DRONES pass, which EVERYTHING includes. A base fleet is implied by the words fleet cap, but its size and price are not in the catalogue.

How do you use Drones?

Stay in the haystack if you own the extra drones and want them flying. Shared income means the squad is paid, not only the buyer.
